We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure authentication, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Certain information may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth for authentication, Google Search Console for an optional workspace report, AI providers for code generation, Stripe for payments, and Meta for optional Facebook and Instagram advertising. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
If a workspace owner or admin connects Google Search, Michii receives read-only access to the Search Console websites available to that Google account. We access the Google account identifier and email address, available website properties, and search performance data such as clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, search terms, and page URLs.
We use this data only to match the workspace's current public website and display its Google Search report to members of that workspace. This release does not send Search Console data to AI providers, use it for advertising, or sell it. We store the selected website, connection details, and an encrypted refresh token. Normalized report data may be cached for up to 24 hours to keep the report available during a temporary Google outage.
Disconnecting Google Search deletes the workspace's saved connection. When the same Google authorization is not used by another connected workspace, Michii also asks Google to revoke it. Deleting the workspace deletes its saved connection and pending connection attempts. You can also remove Michii from your Google Account permissions.
Michii's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review that policy on the Google for Developers website.
When you use Michii to run ads, we store your business name, website and privacy policy address, ad images and text, audience choices, budget, approvals, payment records, and campaign results. We send the information needed to create and manage your approved ads to Meta and use Stripe to process payments and refunds. Workspace members can view the workspace's ad information according to their permissions.
If you enable ad measurement on a published website, visitors can allow or decline it and change their choice through "Ad privacy settings" on that site. We remember the choice in that browser for up to 180 days. We do not load Michii's Meta measurement until a visitor allows it, and we respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
After consent, Meta may receive a public homepage visit, the advertised business name and identifier, the page address, and browser and network information such as cookie identifiers and IP address. Meta may use this information to measure and personalize advertising under its own privacy policy. This measurement does not send form contents or deliberately match visitors using their names, email addresses or phone numbers. The website owner must explain measurement in their own privacy policy before enabling it.
You can pause ads in Michii. Contact hi@michii.dev to request removal of saved advertising details or website measurement. Withdrawing visitor consent stops future measurement by this integration in that browser; it does not recall information already sent to Meta. We retain payment, approval and campaign records needed to settle spending, handle disputes and meet legal obligations. Unresolved ad balances must be settled before a workspace can be deleted.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
