  • Workspace and project data you create within the platform
  • Requirements and specifications you input
  • Code and content generated through AI assistance
  • Communications and feedback you provide to us

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Provide and maintain our services
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Show Google Search performance for a connected workspace website
  • Process AI-assisted code generation requests
  • Improve and optimize our platform
  • Communicate with you about updates and support
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate (e.g., cloud hosting, AI providers)
  • Team members: Other users within your workspace as permitted by your settings
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure authentication, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Certain information may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth for authentication, Google Search Console for an optional workspace report, and AI providers for code generation. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

9. Google Search Console Data

If a workspace owner or admin connects Google Search, Michii receives read-only access to the Search Console websites available to that Google account. We access the Google account identifier and email address, available website properties, and search performance data such as clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, search terms, and page URLs.

We use this data only to match the workspace's current public website and display its Google Search report to members of that workspace. This release does not send Search Console data to AI providers, use it for advertising, or sell it. We store the selected website, connection details, and an encrypted refresh token. Normalized report data may be cached for up to 24 hours to keep the report available during a temporary Google outage.

Disconnecting Google Search deletes the workspace's saved connection. When the same Google authorization is not used by another connected workspace, Michii also asks Google to revoke it. Deleting the workspace deletes its saved connection and pending connection attempts. You can also remove Michii from your Google Account permissions.

Michii's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review that policy on the Google for Developers website.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
